Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Cashing out takes just a couple of taps. Open your account menu, tap Redeem, choose how you want to get paid (ACH bank transfer or push-to-card), and follow the prompts. You only need 100 Sweepstakes Coins to redeem. The first time you cash out we'll run a quick ID check to keep your winnings safe — after that, redeeming is fast and simple.
Fast. We aim to process every redemption within 24 hours, and from there your funds typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank and payout method. Big wins of $500 or more may take a little longer while we run standard security and fraud checks — a quick step to make sure your money reaches you safely.
Dream big! The path from “I won” to “I got paid” is the same no matter the size of your win: head to Redeem, pick your payout method, and confirm. Larger prizes go through extra security and fraud checks and may be paid out in more than one installment. A few states also set a maximum you can redeem per sweepstakes period, so check the Sweepstakes Rules for the limits that apply to you.
Yes! Sweepstakes Coins are always free and they're your ticket to real cash prizes. Collect them through daily rewards, promotions, social media giveaways, contests, and our mail-in Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — no purchase ever required. (Gold Coins are just for fun and can't be redeemed.)
When you're ready to redeem, choose ACH (straight to your bank) or push-to-card (to your debit card). Pick whichever is easiest and your prize is on its way.
Just once. Before your first redemption we'll ask for a quick identity check — a government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie holding your ID. It only takes a few minutes, it's required by sweepstakes law, and it keeps your winnings protected. After that, you're all set for every future cash-out.
